JP owns the infrastructure layer. He architects the AWS environments that AI applications run on, plans how agents are deployed and integrated, and designs the data pipelines that connect client systems to the work Plainbox builds. When a project becomes a production system, he is the partner who makes that transition possible.
He brings 15 years across software development, IT operations, and digital transformation in healthcare and technology. He served as Executive Vice President of Product & Client Engagement at Kallaco for nearly five years, where he led product and client work for a connected national health-monitoring platform serving employers and educational institutions. Before Kallaco, he was VP and Chief Operating Officer at NXXIO for three years and Director of Operations and Integrations at Spivey & Company. He began his career as a Systems Analyst at West Jefferson Medical Center.
He is a certified AWS Solutions Architect. The certification formalizes what he has done in production for more than a decade.
Outside the studio, JP is classically trained in opera and plays multiple musical instruments. He is currently teaching himself portrait painting. He and his wife, Lindsay, have three children and live outside New Orleans.
