Daniel Spivey
Quality assurance lead and curriculum architect.
Daniel owns quality across the studio. He tests every AI deliverable and client-facing build before it ships, helps design the AI training curriculum Plainbox delivers to client teams, and sits between engineering and business users when the conversation gets technical. He helps keep clients comfortable with what is being built.
He began his career inside the application management group at Spivey & Company, where he worked on multiple software products from concept through production. He has been in every Plainbox engagement since the studio opened, including ELEVATE, the operational intelligence application being built for mortgage retail and TPO sales teams. He holds a Microsoft certification in AI for Organizational Leaders and a degree in Business Communications from the University of Montana.
His strength is getting people excited about what AI can do for their work without overselling what it cannot.
Outside of Plainbox, Daniel has his real estate license and dabbles in co-working ventures. Daniel and his wife Audrey live in New Orleans with their two dogs, Allman and Wayne.
